These terms govern use of the Tecunit Ghana website and general engagement with our digital services. Specific project scope, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed in separate proposals or statements of work.
Acceptance
By accessing www.tecunitgh.com or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Services
Tecunit provides website design, software development, branding, marketing, domain registration, hosting, and related managed services. Availability, timelines, and fees are defined in your signed proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely feedback during projects.
- Ensure you have rights to content, logos, and materials you supply.
- Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms.
- Keep portal credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client-owned materials remain yours. Upon full payment, deliverables specified in your project agreement are licensed or assigned as stated in that agreement. Tecunit retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tecunit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be raised with us at contact@tecunitgh.com or via our contact page.
